Helped a construction & engineering firm determine how to change the quality-related behaviors of over 4,000 front line team members.
Partnered with engineers at Google to mentor and facilitate a group of high school students in designing a youth-led organization. The student developers leveraged technology to connect students and knowledge experts (mentors) in their design sprints to test new ideas, learn and experiment with ideas, and publicly share the outcome of their projects.
